Michele Louise Giguiere

In 1980 I was admitted to the bar and have been in private practice in the Sacramento area since that time.  I have maintained a general practice with an emphasis on real estate law including landlord tenant law.   In 1981 I founded EVICT EVICTION SERVICE and have operated that business together with my general law practice.

As a practicing attorney, I established Evict Eviction Services with the goal of serving clients throughout the state of California.  One of the things I pride myself on is keeping clients informed.  By helping my clients to better understand their legal situation, I hope to assist them in securing the results they want.  I work with my clients to build relationships, ensuring that they are satisfied with their

treatment.  When clients enlist my services, they can rely on my

experience and insight to provide them with the best possible solutions

for their legal concerns.

Prior to being admitted to the California Bar, I was a secondary school

teacher in Marin County, California for 11 years.  I obtained a masters of science degree from the University of Southern California in 1969.  I still hold a lifetime secondary school teaching credential in California.  I have broadened my teaching skills so that now I teach various study groups and seminars in law, particularly landlord/tenant law.
